Description Abalone
Abalone is an unofficial adaptation of the board game of the same name to Atari ST computers with monochrome monitors.
Players move up to three marbles at a time, placing them on pegs arranged in a hexagonal shape, trying to push each other's spheres off the board. The opponent's marbles can only be moved when a certain alignment is achieved, where the players' spheres are in specific higher numbers such as 3 to 2, 3 to 1 or 2 to 1.
The game features single player games with three different AI players, as well as a hot two-player mode. Moves can be undone with an undo function. The game can be started on the default board or on a randomly created position.
