Agatha Christie: Evil Under the Sun is a thrilling detective game released in 2007 for the Windows platform. Inspired by the classic novel of the same name by Agatha Christie, this game immerses players in a world of mystery and intrigue as they unravel a complex murder plot.

Set on the picturesque Seadrift Island, players take on the role of famous detective Hercule Poirot as he investigates the murder of a wealthy socialite named Patrick Redfern. With a long list of suspects and a stunning island setting, players must use their deductive skills to uncover the truth behind the murder.

One of the most impressive aspects of Agatha Christie: Evil Under the Sun is its attention to detail. The lush graphics and intricate character designs instantly transport players to the 1930s, capturing the essence of the original novel. Every scene is beautifully crafted, from the sun-kissed beaches to the luxurious hotel where the majority of the game takes place.

What sets this game apart from other detective titles is its emphasis on player choice. As Poirot, players must interview each suspect and gather evidence to build a case against the murderer. However, the game also allows for different outcomes depending on the evidence gathered and the suspects accused. This adds a layer of unpredictability and replay value to the game, making it a must-play for any fan of the genre.

In addition to its captivating gameplay, Agatha Christie: Evil Under the Sun also boasts an all-star voice cast. Players will recognize the voices of notable actors such as Tim Curry, Patrick Stewart, and Emily Blunt, lending their talent to bring the characters to life. The voice acting adds an extra level of authenticity to the game, making it feel like a true cinematic experience.

Another notable feature of the game is its challenging puzzles. The game is not just about solving the murder, but also about piecing together various clues and solving intricate puzzles to progress in the game. These puzzles range from logic puzzles to word games, providing a varied and engaging gameplay experience.
