After your success in Legionnaire, your new mission is now to secure a Bridgehead before making your way to the Enemy HQ through several levels. Inspired by the arcade game Green Beret, your marine is seen from one side and you run to the right killing as many enemies as you can with your knife. Occasionally platforms appear that can be climbed with ladders and mines may appear on the ground blocking your route. The mines can be removed by throwing a limited amount of grenades, but you can pick up more along the way. Once you reach the end of a level you have to kill a certain amount of soldiers to pass to the next level.
