At its core, Bubble Puzzle 97 was a simple yet challenging game. The objective was to clear a board filled with randomly placed bubbles of various colors. Players had to strategically match three or more bubbles of the same color, causing them to pop and disappear, ultimately clearing the board. While the concept may sound basic, the gameplay was anything but. With each level, the number of bubbles and colors increased, and players had to carefully plan their moves to avoid running out of space or getting stuck.
One of the defining features of Bubble Puzzle 97 was its unique soundtrack. The cool electronic beats and catchy tunes added a level of intensity and enjoyment to the game, making it even more addictive. In fact, many players would often find themselves humming along to the soundtrack even after finishing a gaming session.
The game's graphics were impressive for its time, with vibrant colors and smooth animation. The bubbles had a glossy, 3D-like appearance, adding to the game's overall aesthetic. The background also changed with each level, keeping the game visually stimulating and preventing it from becoming monotonous.
Bubble Puzzle 97 also had a multiplayer mode, allowing players to challenge their friends or play against the computer. This added a competitive element to the game, making it even more engaging and challenging. Additionally, the game had a level editor, allowing players to design their own boards and share them with others.
