Bugs Bunny Cartoon Workshop is a fun game from Novotrade/Hi-Tech Expression that allows kids to create their own Warner Bros. cartoon by following a few simple steps.
Kids first choose the characters and setting for their story, add their own text in word balloons, and then animate the frame to see the cartoon in action. The program isn't very versatile in the sense that each character you choose already has its own preset animation (the jolly Roadrunner, for example, will always run as soon as you animate the frame), but there are enough combinations and permutations to keep the replay value high.
Despite the name, the program includes many familiar Loony Tunes characters outside of the Bugs Bunny series, such as the Roadrunner, Sylvester, Daffy Duck and many others.
