Description Cave Fighter
Cave Fighter is a sliding screen platformer in which you have to escape from eight levels before a timer runs out. You can walk left or right, but to jump you have to hold down the fire button and the longer you hold it, the higher and farther you will jump. If you touch the sides of a platform, a wall or an obstacle such as water or spikes, you will lose one of your nine lives. As you go deeper into the cave, you will encounter various creatures, but you have a gun that fires in four directions and, when fired, will return the creature to its starting position. If you touch a creature, you also lose a life. Ropes can be used to climb and cross the gaps between platforms. Before starting a game you can select whether you want to start at the last level you were at or start from level one.
