Chase the Chuck Wagon is a video game in the action genre developed by Spectravision and published by Spectravision originally released in 1983. It is currently playable on Atari 2600.
In 'Chase the Chuck Wagon, released as part of the Purina Dock Chow promotion, players assume the role of the dog Chucky and chase the Chuck Wagon. Chucky must catch the Chuck Wagon by avoiding objects and dog chasers in the maze and getting directly under the Chuck Wagon at the top of the screen.
Once through the maze, the player will be taken to the 'Reward Screen'. Here, you can eat the dog food in the maze to earn extra points. If you fail, you will not receive any points and will be sent to the next screen.
'Follow the chuck wagon' was only available at Ralston Purina.
