Condor Attack is a video game in the action genre and published by Ultravision Inc. originally released in 1982. It is currently playable on Atari 2600.
During a galactic war, a time warp occurred and mankind was transported to the past. Trapped in the Stone Age, humanity begins to be accidentally attacked by Amazonian condors. Also of concern are Nilobian spiders and Vulcan bats, enemies of mankind who have traveled back in time with them. With the only weapon from the future (an intergalactic disintegrator) to survive this time warp, players must battle these menacing creatures and pray that the few surviving scientists can find a way back to the future.
Players operate the intergalactic disintegrator mounted in a sliding explosive chamber on Earth. The size of the tinderbox depends on the difficulty level selected; the larger the tinderbox, the easier it is to hit the opponent and the harder it will be. The player fires the disintegrator and earns points for each enemy destroyed. There are nine different waves, with the last wave offering 99 points for each large enemy destroyed.
Players start with six fire bases and can earn additional bases for every 1,000 points earned.
