Cybermorph is a video game in the action genre developed by Attention to Detail Limited and published by Atari Corporation originally released in 1993. It is currently playable on Jaguar.
Cybermorph was the first game to be released for the Atari Jaguar console. The story is as follows. The evil Pernitian Empire is swallowing the planets of the galaxy left and right. To make matters worse, the resistance forces have been stripped of their secret weapons and placed in pods scattered across various planets. You have to pilot a shape-shifting attack plane, called a T-Gryphon, to reach each planet, retrieve the pods and stop the Pernithians.
So, on each planet, or level, you have to retrieve a certain number of pods and reach the exit before the enemy shoots you down. Fortunately, there are power-ups that can strategically enhance the T-Griffon's offensive capabilities; after completing eight planets, you'll face a boss creature/ship before moving on to the next sector. As you can see, there are four levels, each with increasing difficulty.
