Description Dagger's Rage
Dagger's Rage is a sci-fi action adventure that attempts to capitalize on the market popularized by games like Elite and Privateer. You are a mercenary with your own starfighter, and it's up to you to stop a new pirate threat that has been plaguing the sea lanes and innocent people of the United Planets.
You choose your own missions and contracts, and discover the plot as you go. As you win more contracts, you get more funds to buy new ships and weapons.
The main difference between Dagger's Rage and another game it could be compared to, namely Privateer, is that this one is less of a space simulator and is actually quite arcadey. The ship is controlled with an overhead view and combat takes place as in a low intensity shooter, such as Tyrian. Battles take place on various planets and in space. The terrain, however, is in 3D.
