Description Deadly Moves
You are Joe, a young American who has been secretly training to become a powerful fighter. One day, he meets an old martial artist who tells him that he must travel around the world to meet other masters and learn from them. During his travels, Joe meets many other fighters, and he has to become more and more skilled to prove that he is the best fighter in the world.
Unlike most fighting games, in single-player mode you can only control one character (Joe). In two-player mode, you can choose to fight as any of the seven available fighters, and also choose a stage. The game plays like a standard 2D fighter: you can punch, kick and jump on your opponents, but the fights are not entirely 2D, as you can also do some vertical stepping.
