Zzyzzyxx is a classic arcade game that was released in 1982. Its unique name and gameplay captured the attention of gamers worldwide and has since become a beloved cult classic. Developed byally Midway, Zzyzzyxx was one of the very first horizontal scrolling shooters, putting players in control of a spaceship navigating through different levels while avoiding obstacles and shooting enemies.
The game is set in the year 2082, where the player must rescue kidnapped humans from the evil alien race known as the Warhada. The gameplay involves players maneuvering their spaceship through various terrains, including tunnels, asteroid fields, and a crystal-laden cavern. Each level presents a different challenge, with varying speeds and obstacles, keeping players on the edge of their seats.
One of the standout features of Zzyzzyxx is its unique graphics and sound effects.
