Minskies: The Abduction

Amiga 1997
Minskies Furballs is not a port, but a spiritual clone of Puyo Puyo. In a tournament against a cast of wacky characters, you must guide and spin pairs of falling cats of different colors to form color combinations. When four or more cats come into contact, they are eliminated, and those above them fall, which can set off a chain reaction. Chain reactions will cause fish and rocks to fall into your opponent's playing field, blocking his progress. Block removal will sometimes give you special weapons that you can use to remove cats and blocks from the screen. You can play in two-player mode or against crazy cartoon opponents like the ugly cake Boo Cake, the hawk Hawkings or the slimy Greebo, who express their mood through tokens and small animations. If you win money in the game, you can bet on a fruit machine. In two-player mode, each player can have a handicap.
