Dodgem is a single-player shareware game in which the player navigates his spaceship across the surface of a planet while avoiding some obstacles and collecting others.
The story of the game is that, as a space miner, the player has discovered a planet rich in the ore of a precious metal, Orindum. The only way to extract it is to get to the surface, which means flying in ingenious ways to avoid the 'mysterious natural barriers'. The game has seven levels and in each level the player must collect five pieces of ore, i. e. crash into the yellow blocks while avoiding all the others. The game can be controlled with the keyboard, joystick or mouse.
