Drivin' Force

Great racers from all over the world compete in the Power Drift style racing game. You can choose your nationality and gender, and use joystick or mouse control. The perspective rotates with the cars to achieve a pseudo-3D effect, aiming to convey the speed of the races in a realistic and frightening way. Formula 1 cars, buggies and trucks are among six different vehicle types, each reacting differently to the terrain. Knockout and league competitions are included, with Mini modes where you can immediately choose your vehicle.

Escape from Colditz

Amiga 1991
Based on the Gibson Games board game, you control a team of 4 prisoners of war (a Briton, a Frenchman, an American and a Pole) and you must guide them to what many tried and few succeeded: escape from the famous Nazi prison camp. You control each of the 4 men separately, each of whom starts in his own room on different floors of the camp, and you can always switch between them. The gameplay is similar to Spectrum games with isometric view, especially The Great Escape and Head Over Heels. Collecting and using items is an important part of your task: picks for the low security doors, keys for the more secure ones, German uniforms to allow you to move freely and shovels to dig for freedom. You must avoid entering forbidden areas - if you do, you will be put in solitary confinement and have your equipment confiscated - if you try to run away from the guards in those areas, you will be shot.

Kid Gloves II: The Journey Back

A platform game that is quite similar to Mario and Wonderboy. The boy must rescue the woman he loves by traversing 6 worlds, each divided into 4 levels. There are a series of enemies to defeat, following pre-set attack patterns or simply staying in place, to kill them with the sword. Once killed, most drop things like tokens, keys (sometimes needed to open end-of-level doors), apples (for extra energy), and occasionally poison. There are plenty of semi-hidden sections and bonus areas to find and explore, including arcade games and fruit machines. Each world ends with a boss.
