This add-on continues the story of the Spear. Step into the shoes of 'B. J. ' Blazkowicz once again and delve into 21 new levels of Lobo with new and more detailed textures, as well as new bosses and enemies, such as bats armed with machine guns. Other additions include improved sounds and some minor tweaks to the gameplay, such as the inclusion of crushed rats as indicators of secret doors, new prizes to be won, etc.

This add-on brings the Spear of Destiny story to an end as you continue through 21 new levels based on Hitler's new atomic research lab. It includes better sounds and graphics as well as new enemy sprites, and some minor tweaks such as the inclusion of squashed rats as indicators of secret doors, new prizes to get, and so on.
Also included are printed floor maps for each level.
