The Great Sage: Heaven's Equal is a 2D game very similar to Prince of Persia in presentation and gameplay. This Taiwanese DOS video game uses the Mandarin Chinese language in its introduction and farewell scenes, and was not released in the Western world. It is distributed on six 5¼-inch floppy diskettes. Its story is based on the characters and events of the novel 'Journey to the West'. Each stage uses a unique set of tiles and a variety of traps and enemies.
