It is not exactly a game, but it is a small tool to create cartoons. There are not many options to play with, but they are enough to create some cartoon sequences. As everything is quite easy, it's probably more aimed at children.
The game is all about mixing and matching: just choose the background, cartoons and objects, then add text to the fragments to create a complete comic-style panel. The animations are nice, but the limited interaction with the characters probably means that the program is intended more as a 'print kit' than a game.
