Bajoran Mercenary Adventure! is a single player interactive fiction game that was developed with the Adventure Game Toolkit. The game is described as followsYou are a Bajoran mercenary hired to find the 'orbs' that were stolen by the evil Cardassians. Your sources tell you that the orbs are kept in a cave, though rumor has it that some of those who enter are never seen again. Your mission is to retrieve as many orbs as possible and return (SAVE!)As in most games of this genre, the commands are usually two words: 'Examine the signal', 'Enter the building', and so on. Some common commands, such as directions, up and down, can be shortened with the n, s, w, e, u and d keys. Similarly, there are keywords, such as 'Building', that will take the player to that location from anywhere in the game, as long as it is above ground and not lost in the forest.
The game naturally has no graphics, but it does have a save game function. Once fully explored, the player should have found 134 locations and scored 350 points.
