Mercury: The Prime Master
When evolution reached its highest stage, the human species emerged. Eventually, humans were divided into three races: Fantura, Apocrypha and Ende. The first two dominated everything related to magic, while the Ende civilization was the most technically advanced, as it possessed the secrets of robot construction and the building of beautiful cities in the skies.
For many years, the three civilizations coexisted in peace. But an internal revolution in the countries of Fantura brought about a regime change. The new leaders of Fantura invaded Ende, trying to get their hands on its technological secrets. A young boy named Chrom, who grew up in one of Ende's celestial cities, discovers that his mother belongs to the apocryphal race. Her mixed heritage and mysterious past are the key to the world's salvation.
Despite its isometric perspective and lack of anime touch in its graphics, Mercury: The Prime Master is a traditional Japanese RPG with all the typical ingredients: the group of heroes roam the world map, visiting cities to buy equipment, descending into dungeons and fighting random enemies in turns. Characters with a magical civilization background have access to magic spells, and Chrom can also activate a robot to help the heroes in battles.
