Fish's Revenge is a parody fishing game in which the player takes the role of a fish, fishing for humans. The player can choose from three locations (Garth Brook, Lake Stankfoot and Moonshine Lake) and chooses an area to take the boat to. The game then switches to a first-person perspective and the player can look left and right, cast the line and fish with the help of the 'fish finder' device.
Once caught, the humans are displayed in a trophy room. The player also gets different types of lures (jerky, road meat, beer...) that can be used to attract different types of catch.
