ESLA League Manager III
ESLA League Manager III is the latest game in the German soccer management game series. For the first time in the series, the game is not only available in German, but also translated into English. As in the predecessors, up to four players can manage a club in the top four leagues, participating in league and cup competitions (domestic and international).
The graphical interface is much more colorful and more detailed information on player and team performance is displayed, and the options for adjusting the gameplay allow for finer control as in the previous two games. For example, you can set specific initial settings for your team and conditions for winning and losing the game, such as disabling dismissal for debts, as well as the strength of the leagues. You can choose the nation in which you want to play the leagues, which modifies player generation. As in Spitzenreiter 2, the clubs are fantasy, but are now assigned to a city, so Liverpool now plays Manchester, even though the clubs are called 'Rebels Liverpool' and 'Mjöllnir Manchester'. For individual matches, tactical formations can be set, you can set a motivation level for the game, bribe the referee or set an extra bonus for players. Training options are also expanded, with the ability to set the pre-season training schedule for six weeks and during the season single-week training. Matches are still presented as series of events, such as goals, but after the match a finer analysis of the game is displayed, including individual player rankings. In the transfer market you can strengthen your team by buying new players or negotiate the contracts of players in your squad.
