Battle for Normandy

DOS 1983
June 6, 1941. The beginning of D-Day. Depending on your choice, you will either lead or face the largest amphibious force ever assembled. As Supreme Allied Commander your job is to establish beachheads at Utah, Omaha, Juno, Gold and Sword, consolidate them, and then move out to capture the strategic cities of Cherbourg and Caen, the road network at St. Lo, penetrate as deep into the continent as possible, and destroy and disrupt enemy formations. As a German commander your hope of victory is to deploy your ground forces and your powerful panzers and to contain the enemy and drive him back to the beaches. In any case, you have until noon on June 30 (25 days) to accomplish your mission, at which time your position will be evaluated. This game allows you to play solo like the Americans and offers the player several levels of difficulty.

Knights of the Desert

DOS 1983
Knights of the Desert is the operational level simulation of Rommel's famous North African Campaign in World War II. The game starts in March 1941 and ends in February 1943 in 12 turns each representing 2 months. The objectives of both players are the same. That is, to sweep the north coast of Africa pushing the enemy back as far as possible, capturing key cities such as Benghazi and Tobruk along the way. The only difference is the direction you are heading in. As a German commander, your main objective is to head east towards Alexandria. As a British commander your main objective is to sweep Rommel to El Agheila and win the game. Knights of the Desert allows solo play where the computer leads the British.

The Battle of Shiloh

A turn-based strategy wargame set at the dawn of the American Civil War, recreating the first major confrontation between the Confederate army and Grant's forces. The game takes place on a hexagonal grid and is divided into turns of movement and attack phases, with predefined units divided into regiments of different sizes and abilities. You can choose whether to lead Confederate or Union forces and the game allows single player or 'hot' 2P multiplayer modes.

The Battle of the Bulge: Tigers in the Snow

DOS 1982
On December 16, 1944, in the twilight of the Third Reich, Hitler made his last desperate gamble and launched a massive surprise assault against the thin Allied lines in the Ardennes forest of Belgium and Luxembourg. As a German commander, your objective is to cross the Ardennes Forest and reach the other side of the Meuse River. With forces the size of a division regiment, you must assault the Allied forces by taking as many cities as possible. If you choose to command the Allied forces your objective is the same as that of the American commander in 1944. Resist the German attack until reinforcements arrive and prevent the enemy from taking cities and leaving the map. The game lasts 15 turns. Each turn historically represents one day. It can be played alone or against another individual.
