T-Racer

Amiga 1994
T-Racer is a traditional single-player horizontal shooter heavily influenced by Project-X, as the developers themselves admit. The player takes control of a single spaceship and moves through a series of levels infested with a variety of enemies that appear in waves with insidious attack patterns. Each level is divided into two sub-levels, with a 3D tunnel section at the end, similar to the third stage of the Star Wars arcade game. The ship's weapons can be upgraded by collecting power-up items. Each level has a specific power-up item, which can be obtained by destroying certain enemies. If you don't have enough power-ups, it will appear at the end of each level. Ships have an energy bar and a stealth bar, which actually act as a temporary invincibility state that the player can turn on and off at will until it runs out. Weapons are not reduced when life is lost. In addition to standard weapons, some power-ups also give access to special weapons with limited ammunition.
