New Stratford is under attack by a huge fleet of alien ships, and your job is to shoot them down and save your planet. You fly around a top view layout, flying towards the enemy ships in the hope of destroying them. You must use the fire button to destroy the mothership bases that appear in each section. The controls work in a rotary fashion and fuel is limited.
Gary Linekers Superskills is a soccer game with a catch: it's only about training! The player has to solve a sequence of mini-games in a limited time (global). The mini-games are divided into three basic categories: gymnastics (button mashing), ball juggling (using properly timed moves) and field event. The latter is also divided into three successive disciplines: dribbling around obstacles, penalty kick and kicking the ball through hanging tires.
It is important to monitor the pulse and energy level of the athlete, who can refresh himself by resting or drinking. The game does this automatically for the player if the stats drop too low, but then it takes longer. The game has three difficulty levels that can be assigned separately to each participant.
