Centuries of pollution have destroyed the environment, causing the few survivors to live under the energy dome; outside, chaos and dark creatures reign. Against all advice, Doc the Destroyer tries to set things right by convincing people to return to earth.
The game has several distinct elements, starting with creating a character by balancing strength, stamina, luck, charisma and intelligence. Each area you travel through is described in text, and you will be presented with options on where to explore, hide, flee, fight, etc. The fights mean that the game moves into one-on-one beat 'em up territory, which has several moves in the C64 version but is more time-related in the Spectrum implementation.
