Entombed is a video game in the strategy genre developed by Western Technologies Inc. and published by U.S. Games originally released in 1983. It is currently playable on Atari 2600.
What started as a small archaeological expedition has suddenly turned into a nightmarish race for survival. A team of archaeologists is trapped in a subway labyrinth of dark, winding tunnels. All around them, terrifying zombies emerge from the basement. The archaeologists' only hope for survival (apart from running very fast) is an ancient device called a 'make-break', which is used to build and break sections of the walls.
This arcade game, which can be played by one or two players, requires skill and ingenuity. In this game, you have to think on your feet, plan strategically and run as fast as possible through the maze. If you can't keep up, you will fall prey to the zombies.
