Fairlight II is an on-screen arcade adventure with isometric view and is the sequel to the game Fairlight. Once again, you play the role of Isvar, who after being trapped in the Castle of Avars, finally found the Book of Light that the Dark Lord had taken after killing the King of Avars. But you were tricked by the Dark Lord who impersonated the wizard Segar who originally asked you to retrieve the book, and now the Dark Lord has possession of the book again to bring darkness to the land of Fairlight. You are sworn to enter the castle to get the book once again.

As you explore the castle and its surroundings, you must find items to use elsewhere, as well as move various objects such as barrels and rocks to aid you in your quest. You have pockets that can hold up to five objects. Around the castle are various creatures, such as dogs, that you can avoid or kill with your sword. If you are hit by a creature or an object, you lose part of your life force, which starts at 99. If your life force reaches zero, the game is over and you have to start over, but there is an option to save your progress.

It is possible that we have multiple downloads available when different versions exist.
