Field & Stream: Trophy Buck is a video game in the sports genre developed by Engineering Animation Inc. and published by Sierra On-Line, Inc. originally released in 1999. It is currently playable on Windows.

Field & Stream: Trophy Buck is a 3D hunting game in which the player steps into the shoes of a hunter, hunting in eight prime locations, such as the Rocky Mountains, the Pacific Northwest and Texas, to name a few, in the quest to bag the biggest deer imaginable.

The player can use authentic equipment, such as deer claims, doe scents, sound antlers, as well as binoculars and gun mounts to steady his shot. There are also many kinds of rifles to choose from, from the smallest, such as the .22 caliber, to the most powerful, the 30.06. There are two main species of deer to hunt, whitetail and mule, points are rewarded using the real-life standards of the Boone & Crockett scale, with the ability to save your biggest deer in a 'Trophy Room' in the game's main menu.

The deer react true to their real-life counterparts, as players will have to stay downwind to their prey, sneaking up on them to get the best shot or staying on the spot and calling in their prey. Players can also track wounded deer, following blood trails and looking for deer tracks and tree scratches. There is a bag limit for each location, which varies by location; the player must take one deer at a time. Also, if a player wounds a deer, they must find it before they can take another trophy or be penalized, as well as shooting females will also incur a penalty.

There are three main game modes, a 'Tournament' which consists of all locations, bagging the largest deer and at the end of the tournament being judged on the combined total of your trophies. There is also an 'Exhibition' mode where players can choose their locations, as well as starting location and weather patterns, and the ability to activate a 'Deer Radar' for novice players. There is also online multiplayer hunting via LAN.
