Fruit Fall is a video game in the puzzle genre developed by Mere Mortals Ltd. and published by Grabit originally released in 2006. It is currently playable on Windows.
Fruit Fall is a keyboard-controlled tile-matching puzzle game for up to four players.
The player encounters a maze-like playing area surrounded by irregular walls. There are fruit pieces in the maze, and when three pieces of the same fruit touch each other, they disappear and the player scores points. The only control the player has is the action key to rotate the play area clockwise or counterclockwise.
There are three worlds in the game: the world of evil spirits, the lost city under the sea and deep space. There are three game modes.
Single-player Arcade mode. There are five levels in each stage, and you play one stage at a time. The goal is to clear each level within the time limit and move on to the next. Points are awarded for clearing a level quickly, and bonuses are earned for clearing multiple fruits at once.
Adjusted single-player turn mode. The goal is to clear each level in a set number of moves.
Multiplayer. Up to four players can play against each other in split-screen mode.
