You are in your car in a traffic jam in Helsinki and you have a flat tire. You have to get as far as possible, accelerating slowly, but the flat tire makes your car go left, so you must always compensate to stay in the right lane. The outermost lane is the slowest lane, and it is advisable to go left only when you have gained enough speed not to be hit from behind. When you risk hitting slower cars, it's time to go left again.
The minimal graphics and sound of Helsingfors can be explained by the fact that it is only 512 bytes long, placing 14th in the 512b category of the 2001 mini-game coding contest.
