Description Hobgoblin

Zanock, the only son of the King of Altoris, must cross the swamps of the Hobgoblins to bring back the stolen Golden Orb, which until now has kept the kingdom of Altoris safe.

Hobgoblin is the BBC/Electron equivalent of Ghosts 'N Goblins. As in the original, you embody a scantily clad man jumping through a creepy landscape filled with monsters. Like the original, the game is known for its high level of difficulty. Killing monsters by throwing daggers at them results in extra money or upgrades, such as axes, more powerful daggers, longer range or extra lives.

Technically, the game does not move on any platform, but sticks to a flip-screen technique, which will result in a lot of jumping and difficulty in timing the jumps.
