Description International Manager
Manage an international European soccer team in this budget game. A starting team of 11 players and 2 substitutes is automatically selected for you from the list of 24 squad members and 16 other 'hopefuls', but you can move them around at will. You can choose the formation, style of play and tactics of your team, for a chance to qualify in the groups of 4 teams and reach the major championships. You also have to organize your team's training.
On the ZX Spectrum, during the match you can see where the ball is on the field (Premier Manager later used a similar system), as well as updates at key moments. In the C64 and Amstrad CPC version the match screen is only shown in text.
