Description Iwo Jima
Iwo Jima is a strategy war game based on a World War II battle in which the island of Iwo Jima was invaded by US forces to seize islands and air bases to aid in the defeat of Japan. You play the US forces and the computer controls the Japanese forces, with five difficulty levels (1-5). The player sees a map of the entire island and can see icons representing terrain, minefields, enemy forces and their own forces. Each player takes turns giving orders to various units before the computer calculates the results of the orders. The object of the game is to defeat the Japanese forces and take full control of the island.
