Izmir is a 3D sci-fi shooter with a chase view similar to Space Harrier. The player controls an armored mech that is deployed on a hostile planet and has to destroy or avoid mechanized enemies and traps in its path. The mecha can fly freely or advance along the ground; although most of the obstacles are located there, it is necessary to descend from time to time to collect ammunition.
