Description John Madden Football II
A sequel to John Madden Football, JMF II improves on the classic with decent VGA graphics, ADLIB music and, overall, a much nicer presentation.
A fairly deep sports simulator for its time, though nowhere near as deep as Front Page Sports: Football years later. Still, a decent sized playbook, competent AI and fluid controls make it worth a look for all soccer fans. And true to the game's pedigree, John Madden himself provides witty commentary throughout the games. The console version of the game was in some ways much more famous than this PC version.
It's not the best American soccer game ever by a long shot, but it's still a very entertaining game that's worth a look for fans of the sport, especially Raiders fans.
