Description Kid Chaos

Kid Chaos is transported from the stone age to an unknown world by evil scientists of the future. Now he must make his way through man-made environments such as the Secret Garden, Toxic Wasteland, Toy Factory, Tech Fortress and Ruined City to reach the time machine that can transport him back home.

The Kid does this by running through the level, destroying all the wildlife and various destruction targets, and then exits the level through the exit door, which remains closed until the Kid has destroyed all the destruction targets. He destroys them by swinging his club in the air and hitting them. He can also whiz if he runs fast, which allows him to discover hidden passages through the walls that often contain apples and power-ups. These are also found if the Kid manages to jump very high in the air and lands on a platform which usually leads to secret passages.

There are five levels and four sections to complete in all of them (a total of twenty levels) and Kid starts each level with three lives. During the level, if he loses health just by touching the wildlife, or if time runs out, he exits the level, loses a life and has to restart the level at the checkpoints he passes through. You can recover your health by waiting for the health meter to reach 99 (the boring way) or by collecting apples (the smart way), but as the Kid progresses through the game, these apples become rare, as do his destruction targets.

Once he exits a level, the Kid is given a stat screen that tells him the percentage of destruction he has caused, how much wildlife he has killed, how many apples he has collected, and other extras. These 'extras' are likely to include how many destruction targets he has broken beyond those required.

As mentioned before, if the Kid jumps too high to reach a platform, he can get power-ups, which give him such wonderful things as extra lives, extra time or extra health. He can also collect a life token. If he manages to find three life tokens within the same section, he will also be granted an extra life.

Every four levels, the Kid will face a challenge, the goal of which is usually to kill something, but there is always a catch to these challenges. For example, in the Toy Factory, he has to shoot the teddy bears at least ten times to make them explode, while avoiding shooting the ducks; and in the Tech Fortress, he is presented with a game similar to Space Invaders, but this time, there are no barriers.

Kid Chaos starts off easy, but the further you advance in the game, the higher the damage factor. At the beginning of the game, you are allowed to hit so much wildlife before you lose a life, but as you progress through each level, you can't afford to get hit even once. Some levels in the game are quite tricky. Some levels require you to run through the level under a very strict time limit, while others contain a huge destruction target and you cannot afford to miss any of these targets.

The game uses a password system, which allows you to resume running at the beginning of each level. As for the gameplay, one of the tricks says it all.
