Lords of Time is an action role-playing game for the Amiga system.
You are Commander Tom, a test pilot of the 1st Experimental Wing of the Allied Air Force. While testing a multidimensional friction propulsion generator, a magnetic flux anomaly appears in front of the player and transports him to an alien planet. The plane spun out of control and the player ejected safely, but lost consciousness during the descent. Upon waking up next to a small bonfire, the player is given the advice to find the human king Tannor.
This is an action role-playing game in which the player must travel around the world and eventually find the secret to return to his own country. Combat takes place in real time and players must eat and sleep regularly to maintain their health. Players can buy equipment, upgrade their skills and talk to various inhabitants of the land during their adventures. Eventually, they will seek out the great wizard Tessak and, with the help of druids and dwarves, they can continue their adventures. Then, with Tessak's help, they must defeat the evil Great Demon Lord Kruel and escape the land.
