Please don't stop! You want to cure cancer, don't you? Mondo Medicals only requires you to take eight grueling 'illogical' puzzle tests that force you to think counter-intuitively. For example, a puzzle where there is an arrow in a corridor, and the puzzle is to follow the arrow in the opposite direction. However, these logical and illogical solutions do not work for all puzzles.
These tests take place in an inhumanly gray, lab rat-like labyrinthine environment, and the goal is to find the exit from the area. The only controls are movement with the arrow keys and the general 'interact' command, which is activated by pressing 'Z'. At the beginning of each test, you are given a small hint on how to solve it, but these hints are often very vague or not immediately understood. Arrows drawn on the floor, hidden doors, cubic buttons and moving walls are common elements in the trials.
In addition, you always hear what sounds like a heartbeat, and the footsteps are often rubbery.
After each mission, a video is shown of a man in black talking about his struggle to cure cancer. This video is 'Engrish', and its tone contains anger, pity, and menace.
