Nancy Drew: Message in a Haunted Mansion

Nancy Drew: Message in a Haunted Mansion is a video game in the adventure genre developed by Her Interactive, Inc. and published by DreamCatcher Interactive Inc. originally released in 2000. It is currently playable on Windows.

In this third game starring Nancy Drew, the famous teenage detective has to solve a mystery in a Victorian mansion in San Francisco. The villa seems to be inhabited by ghosts . . but that's not all. Somewhere in this strange house is hidden a treasure. So she is not the only one interested in this mansion - is it the antique dealer, the handyman, the retired professor, the owner of the estate or someone else? Everyone has something to hide and Nancy must discover who is behind the strange events that are taking place.

The game is a standard point-and-click adventure that includes two difficulty options (junior and senior detective) and players who make a fatal mistake are offered a second chance. There are a large number of puzzles to solve, some of which are slightly different depending on the difficulty level chosen. It is necessary to adjust the time of day in Nancy's room for certain events to occur or the availability of certain characters in the game.

Compared to the previous Nancy Drew games, Message In The Haunted Mansion has undergone major changes in its design. It is 360 degrees with full freedom of movement.
