NASCAR Heat is based on the 2000 NASCAR Winston Cup Series season and offers four different game modes to choose from. The game offers a single race and a championship season. In these modes, players can choose their favorite driver and compete against a full field of cars on one or all NASCAR circuits. Two modes, 'Race the Pro' and 'Beat the Heat Challenge', set this product apart from its competitors. Beat the Heat' offers players a series of challenges that simulate real NASCAR scenarios. Challenges range from how to overtake on the track to pit strategy for tire changes. In 'Race the Pros', players will compete for laps driven by real-life NASCAR stars.
