Nuclear Heist is a single player shooter game.
Mankind has left the surface of their polluted planet and now lives below the surface in large subway cities. These cities depend on nuclear power plants. Unfortunately for mankind, an alien race, the Taroid, wants our uranium.
The player takes the role of a helicopter pilot equipped with hyperdrive. It is the player's responsibility to defend the Earth from the invading aliens in a battle where losing means the end of humanity. Thus begins a single-player side-scrolling shooter in which the player must destroy alien ships and avoid being shot at in turn. Once enough aliens are destroyed, the player must pilot his helicopter through hyperspace to the next level. There are seven levels in total and the player has three helicopters to complete them.
