One of the most underrated soccer simulators in history, On the Ball differs from other games such as Championship Manager in its novel emphasis on the psychological aspects of the game.
The game gives you, as team manager, full control of not only strategies, but even the type of 'pep talk' you can give during half-time and public relations moves to improve public perception. Choose the host country and lead your team from qualifying to the World Cup in the World Cup Edition and lead your English team to win the championship in the League Edition.
