Psi Warrior

Psi Warrior is a video game in the action genre and published by Beyond originally released in 1984. It is currently playable on Commodore 64.

You are a Psi Warrior and you have been sent to an abandoned military silo to find and destroy the source of a strange and dangerous power. On your magnetic hover-board you must descend the silo level by level using ramps until you reach level 60. You can increase the speed of the board but any damage decreases the speed until you are only moving at a very slow speed. Damage is taken by not using the ramps and jumping each level.

To deal with the power source you must collect enough Psi energy and ID energy. To do this you must find certain Psi or ID energy clouds, indicated by their color, and shoot them. This deactivates the cloud and you can ride towards it by increasing the energy, but keep in mind that the levels of both energies must be level or you will be killed.

Psi Warrior is a side-scrolling, slightly overhead arcade adventure in which the screen moves as you move. A joystick is used to control your warrior.
