This game is a card game. If you like playing it, then you should register your copy by sending a postcard to me, the author. If you think this game sucks, then delete it or give it to someone you don't like. I'm happy to receive any feedback you have, so feel free to send me a sentence or two about why I should give up my programming hobby....
Right now, you may be thinking 'Why cardware?'. Let's just say that the many hours of programming I've put into making this game would be worth it just to get a postcard from someone who has played (and possibly even enjoyed) 'Hero'. Also, I've come to realize that a 16-color, soundless EGA game probably won't make much money no matter what I do (unless I can find a clever way to transport it back to the late 1980s). However, I think if you give 'Hero' an honest chance, you might like it.
If so, write your name, address, a description of how you found this game and your opinion of it on a postcard (or letter) and send it to:

If you beat the game, also put something about your character, such as the character class and special abilities you used, items you found that you thought were cool, your final score, etc. You can also send me any comments, suggestions, criticisms, bug reports or ratings you have. If you think there is a problem with the copy you received, or if you want a newer version, write me and I will arrange for you to receive a new copy for free. Finally, if you want to distribute this game, please make sure that all original files are sent as is (and send me a postcard indicating what you are doing).
