Punky Duck
Punky Duck is a combination of shooting, platforming and adventure games in which the titular young hero finds himself alone on an island after taking a nap while his friends are held captive by the monsters that have invaded the country called Duckland. His mission is to travel from island to island, rescue his friends and rid the land of all monsters. To do this, he not only needs all his courage, but also a lot of skill to collect weapons, ammunition, dollars and other items along the way, which he can use to fight the monsters. He also has to be smart, because on each island there is a plan that tells him how to build the necessary vehicle to get to the next island. Only if our hero finds the plan, all the pieces needed to build the vehicle and fights the big boss of each island will he be able to advance to the next level. There are in total five islands, each with a different theme, such as desert, polar and volcanic lands. Once you have reached the last island, you can finally rescue your friends and Duckland.
The game features a typical 3D third-person view of the main character and the environment. You can run, shoot monsters and collect items. The game also features a map of each island, and you can pick up a compass that shows where you are heading. When you pick up the jetpack it is also possible to fly until you run out of fuel. Other items are invincibility, which allows you to walk on deadly plants, an item to increase your rate of fire, extra lives and dollars. On each island there is also a store where you can exchange your money for items.
