Pillmania is a Dr. Mario style game. The player must move the different colored pills that fall on the viruses to get them out of the bottle. Each pill is divided into two halves, each with its own color. Match the pills to the color of the virus, and with four in a row, they will be removed from the bottle. Play alone to earn points, or against a friend to be the first to clear the bottle.
