Castles II: Siege & Conquest

Castles II expands on the original by changing the interface and adding video scenes in the CD-based versions. You choose to be one of the five lords competing for the Crown. Conquest, espionage, sabotage, diplomacy, whatever it takes . . . as long as you keep the Pope and your people happy. You have to reach 7,000 points to claim the throne from the Pope, and then you have to keep those points for 4-5 months of play to win the game. However, your rivals will attack you as soon as the Pope declares his support, so make sure you have a strong army before requesting papal backing. Building castles is more efficient and easier to deal with. You can also set up prefabricated castles in the archive so you can place them quickly. Battles take place on a full alternate screen with the ability to place and command each unit.

Conquest of the New World

Conquest of the New World is a game very similar to Civilization in some aspects. You start the game with your ship. You will have to land with your units and make contact with the natives. You can attack them or start trading with them similar to what happens in Civilization or Colonization. Controlling your units is a new form of control. You drag an arrow on your unit to where you want it to move and it moves automatically.

It was an action shooter game with an exciting and powerful story that kept gamers emotionally invested. The story followed into the lives of two protagonists, Michael and Mia, as they try and put an end to crime's reign. As the user progresses through different levels of the game, their journey takes them to a variety of fascinating locations in pursuit of justice. It was exciting to explore the game's world, as each mission brought about a new challenge and an unpredictable enemy. Crime Killer had a unique and captivating way of keeping the player engaged in the game. Although the main task is to eliminate crime, there are a variety of different main levels where players must navigate and traverse the area while collecting items in search of clues. At times this search for clues posed its own challenge, as they needed to be found in the most devious places. The game had an awesome action-packed combat system that added an extra edge to the story. Players could choose from various guns, bombs, and abilities to drive back the forces of evil while eliminating them from the thrilling game. Additionally, the allies the main characters had on their side were also very powerful and provided a good balance to the game's action. Crime Killer was a fun and engaging Windows game released in 1998. It had an interesting and captivating story and an action-packed combat system that kept gamers in the thick of the action. The game's variety of levels all had their own obstacles and thrilling moments that made this game a truly enjoyably experience.

An extras pack released after the success of Descent II, Vertigo Series adds 23 missions and, as a bonus, provides some of the music tracks from the original Descent II in Redbook Audio format (plays on a regular CD player). It also comes with the Mission Builder II pack. The new missions have added effects not found in the original, as well as creative map and enemy design.
