Take on the role of a prosecuting attorney in this legal thriller. Using real actor movies, you must cross-examine witnesses and gather pre-trial evidence. You must then take what you have learned to trial and cross-examine witnesses again, this time on the stand and before a jury.
The game is played entirely from a first-person perspective. You never see your character. You ask questions of witnesses that play a pre-recorded video segment, allowing you to ask a follow-up question, and so on. Depending on what questions you ask and how you ask them will change the attitude of the witnesses and how they treat you.
Once the trial is over, the jury comes back with the verdict - will it be first degree murder (premeditated), second degree murder (spontaneous), manslaughter (accidental), or not guilty? The decision will be made by your judgment and your people skills.
