Hockey Pista

Amiga 1990

Hockey Pista simulates the sport of roller field hockey. Matches are played on a single screen (for individual matches) within a time frame set by the player. The player always controls the skater near the ball and the goalie at the same time, but the goalie can only move laterally; there are single and two-player matches against the CPU, as well as a championship. Team names and colors can be customized. The game was re-released with updates and sponsored by Italian professional player Franco Ghirardelli (then at Roller Monza). This version features minor graphical improvements, faster gameplay and some adjustments such as splitting the match in two. This version does not offer the possibility to choose the difficulty levels. Otherwise, the game is identical to the unsponsored version.

The environments range from jungle shrines to snow capped mountains. With sounds that are reminiscent of classic 8-bit titles, this game has a unique charm about it that gives a unique sense of nostalgia. Time Horn

Amiga 1991

The noble knight Mordred has set out to save his homeland from the invasion of the Hidden Masters who rule the neighboring country of Frost. Mordred equips himself with the gold he obtains from the sale of magical artifacts, recruits other adventurers and completes the quests he receives in each city of the country. Time Horn is a turn-based role-playing game with top-down view. Mordred starts with fixed attributes, as do the NPCs you hire, but they grow with experience, so there is no character creation. The same happens with the hired NPCs. The game keeps track of each character's hunger and thirst, and keeping all characters with a constant supply of food and drink is critical to survival.
